Dissemination Workshop on “Enterprise Go Digital Standard Operating Procedures”

On 24 April 2025, The PROFITENCE team had the great privilege of attending the Dissemination Workshop on “Enterprise Go Digital Standard Operating Procedures” under the theme “Time to Go Digital,” organized by Techo Startup Center (TSC) to strengthen enterprise’s digital capabilities and enable them to become active participants in the digital age. 

One of the event's highlights was our Senior Research and Policy Analyst, Mr. Shane Gladwin, who gave a presentation on “Basic and Essential Digital Solutions for SMEs’ Business Operations.” His presentation entailed the useful digital tools that SMEs could use and the crucial decision-making process that must be followed to guarantee their successful deployment.

Mr. Shane highlighted four essential factors to consider when selecting digital tools for business operations. Including Business Fit, Functionality, Flexibility & Integration, and Financial Viability, urging businesses to evaluate the total cost of ownership—including maintenance and long-term returns.
